Can you be body positive and still want to lose weight?

Does body positivity mesh with weight loss? (release)




I’ve gotten criticism for working with both body confidence as well as weight loss assistance.

The way I see it is that body confidence means that you love your body just as it is as well as learning how to love her through the care you take with her.

It is a personal choice and I am here to support you in either choice.

Once you balance out your habits your body will become healthy regardless of weight so that isn’t even a factor unless you choose it.





Most importantly the changes you make and the opinion you have about yourself are for YOU, not anyone else. Not societal standards that are unrealistic.





My mission is to spread love and help build acceptance and confidence. Any actions you decide to take are accepted here.






This means awareness about what is healthy and natural to put in your body (processed foods full of harmful chemicals, dyes and refined sugars.)






Of course that is a personal choice and there’s absolutely no judgment here.







We have free will and the empowerment of choosing is what I stand for.






Regardless of the diet you choose you are a beautiful human of spirit!






In my experience I have had many people with actual health concerns such as body inflammation and pain, knee troubles, foot troubles (which I have suffered with) and they are CHOOSing to want to balance their weight out to THEIR normal which doesn’t mean rail thin in mostly all cases.

It’s a choice to want to lose weight and if a program and support in eating a healthy diet is what you want I offer that (I offer extremely personalized support and am very “hands on” )

This is my map, it’s something I share because it’s healthy and a choice for some people.

I find that when I’m eating a clean and healthy diet I feel better about myself in general.






It all starts though with loving who you are in the mirror right NOW. The perfection of the miracle that is your body.






Look in the mirror and affirm your love. Try an affirmation but I recommend activating your heart and beam pure love and compassion towards yourself. This is KEY.






I support your choices and think it’s amazing. If you choose that you want to make changes I also support that. You are beautiful either way!! I see you. I love you.






I am here to support either choice. They can live together as long as negative judgments of others don’t get in the way. Choice is empowering and that is the biggest factor in self confidence.
